Regi Digital Ltd. recognises the importance of operating responsibly and reducing environmental impact. As a digital business, our footprint is primarily influenced by technology infrastructure, supplier choices, and ways of working.
1. Our commitments
We aim to:
Reduce avoidable emissions and resource use in our operations
Work with suppliers who demonstrate responsible environmental practices where feasible
Build and operate our digital services efficiently, minimising unnecessary compute and storage
Improve measurement and transparency over time as we grow

Sustainability oversight sits with our CEO
We review this policy at least annually
3. Technology and hosting
Where feasible, we will:
Prefer hosting options and suppliers with credible renewable energy and efficiency commitments
Optimise performance and resource usage (right-sizing, retention controls, avoiding wasteful processing)
Reduce unnecessary data duplication and long-term storage
4. Procurement and suppliers
We will consider sustainability factors when selecting key suppliers, including:
Environmental commitments and reporting
Responsible lifecycle practices (where relevant)
Ethical sourcing and disposal
5. Travel and remote working
We will:
Prefer remote meetings where appropriate
Choose lower-carbon travel options when travel is necessary
Plan travel efficiently to reduce frequency
6. Waste and equipment
Where applicable, we will:
Encourage reuse and responsible disposal/recycling of equipment
Minimise printing and paper use
7. Continuous improvement
Sustainability is an ongoing process. We will strengthen targets and reporting as the business grows.
